Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store your shipping information.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Australian deliveries are generally within 3 to 7 working days from payment receipt. International shipping will be made available upon quote.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
All delivers require a fixed address as we cannot deliver to
Postal Office Boxes (PO Boxes) or Parcel Lockers. Packages authorised by you to be left without
personal receiving is at your own risk.
How can I become a trade stockist or order bulk?

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we export worldwide. Please email and we will get back
to you with our nearest stockist or advise you on how to order.
International orders MUST be emailed to info@puresouth.net.au as
further freight fees shall apply. Delivery time frame and method shall be
confirmed or advised at the time of placing the order. Freight is quoted as per
the customer requirements. All goods are shipped exworks unless otherwise
quoted.
International orders are subject to the laws and regulations
of the country of destination. International buyers are responsible for
destination charges, duties and regulations that may affect any order and its
customs clearance.
International payments: Telegraphic transfer is accepted
subject to receipt confirmation. Each party bears their own bank / institutions
processing fees.
What is your return policy?
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately on delivery and within 3 days of delivery give notice to Pure South of any defect or allegation that the goods are not in accordance with the order.
If the customer fails to give such notice within that time, the goods shall be
deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order.
Every care is used in the packing, but, unless otherwise agreed, no responsibility is taken for loss or damage in transit or after the receipt of goods.
Pure South is under no obligation to accept goods returned by the purchaser, without limiting the purchaser’s rights at
general law or under statute. Goods may not be returned unless the goods are
physically defective at the time of receipt of goods.
Claims for return of goods for faulty goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. The original invoice number, item, date and description of goods should be provided when making a claim and all goods returned shall be in their original containers and should not be soiled, obsolete or damaged as such goods will be rejected and payment remains due.
Any costs incurred in the return of goods are solely the responsibility of the
purchaser.
